We provide advisory services to our clients on business expansion, business diversification, mergers and amalgamation, and also provide guidance in handling ROC and other related work. Getting Export & Import licences (DGFT Licenses) & other related work with RBI, we also provide suitable support to our clients in imports and exports. Arrangement and guidance are provided to our clients in foreign direct investments (FDI).

Property management involves the processes, systems, and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property as defined above, including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization, and disposition.
