So far, we have found more than 10,000 prospects for our clients. We do thorough internal audits to make sure we only accept tasks for which we are capable of giving our best effort. All of our recruiters are dynamic young people. We have developed algorithms to examine resumes. 240 resumes can be reviewed in one hour!

We gauge profile strength using econometric methods. We assess involvement in addition to skill. Over a three-year period, 85% of our prospects remain.
